Average price of Haunted Ghosts is 73 keys, This is about half that price, also Haunted Ghosts is a more expensive effect than Blizzardy Storm, which the Blizzardy Storm Cranial Carcharodon is priced currently at 30 keys. So a more sought over effect should have a higher price, also only one is in existence
