Oh damn alright. Isn't there a rule though if an item is dropping by a certain % it is allowed?

I've got no idea, I was just curious to how this works because normally in situations like this u give it a range but it's a taunt and 80-200 is dumb

This suggestion should be fine considering the massive decrease in value fluctuation on the unusual. Even if this sits for a month it will still most likely be valid due to taunts be in such bad shape right now.
