I bought this taunt for 1 key 20 refined (1.53key after rounding 1.5) from STN. Later I sold it for 1 key 21.55 refined ( 1.57key after rounding 1.6) to bot buyer on bp.tf.
Marketplace gets a multiple sales every day. At the moment lowest price is $3.65 each.
Marketplace key is worth $1.9 each. 3.65: 1.9 = 1.92key, after fee 1.72. Because most of sales come from marketplace I raised High Value to 1.7.
There isn't a big market, value of it dropped because number of existing items raised. I think range is fine right now but in a near future it will drop. Marketplace median price shows it perfectly, maybe it's not perfect but you get the image.
Tf2mart uses bp prices and adds some value in shop. They buy items for 10% or more % less and people could sell it for 2 keys even when actual price was 1.5 keys. Marketplace price goes down. 1.5 - 1.7 is okay but if other people sell it for 2 key we can suggest 1.5-2.
Also you shouldn't lower the price of marketplace.tf cause of the fee, it's what the buyer pays for it, not what the seller gets. You should resuggest a better range
It never should have really been 2.5 keys anyway, the Store sells for 4.99. The week being untradable probably ended for most traders 3 weeks ago. I made 4 keys in profit from it.

Conclusion: Perhaps this could be resuggested at 1.55-2 keys if/when more sales at 2 keys happen.
