So a couple things.

First of all, this hat is in-date - last suggestion was submitted about a month before this one was, so unless the market has changed drastically, this doesn't need a second update.

Second of all: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5a57e6fecf6c757dce403389 - Last suggestion used the exact same sale as you have here, and they also used the correct key price of 1.95 (you want to take the key price on the day of the sale, not the day the suggestion was submitted)

So ultimately this is a rehash of the previously accepted suggestion with a newly incorrect value. Closing.
