I've been repping Noirs for years. This is the first time I went ham on gathering em.

Would it be considered manipulation? I mean he isn't faking sales etc, just buying them up. Just want to know if it even is considered that.

non strange at 45-50 so I wouldnt doubt it is 50.

no minis available for Cloud 9 Herald's Helm but i highly doubt its worth anywhere near 47 since the DBD and Circling heart variant are selling for 25 ish

Entirely different effect so it should not be based off other effects. The non strange asking 47.5 keys so it is safe to base the strange one off seller of non strange for 47.5 as a mini.

So your "mini" is that the non-strange is outdated at 10 months, so obviously the strange one is higher than that outdated price? Neato logic...
