They are cashing some unusuals out for cash. Cashing out does not entirely refer to the liquidation of one's entire inventory. He is in need of some money and hence the quicksell of the unusuals.

That further supports my comment on your previous suggestion that this sale as a whole is an outlier.
Same person that bought here seems to have resold to you but I can't find the sale's contents, but that too indicates this sale shouldnt be used here
