He has also sold the Capper @ 21 pure + around 2 keys in an item. 23 seems good.
Nah mate I sold it for 21 keys pure + 8 keys in items . But after I did the trade just traded most of them for pure
Only 20 keys match in the sale that was reported as 23, the rest appear to have been used on the Minigun.

The Steel Toe Sale is fairly bulky, so I would sooner leave that one out and focus on the pure sales here, giving this a wide range of 20-28.
