Maybe. The bot buy order at 1 ref is gone, so 0.88–1 ref might be a good range, but you should find some sales at 0.88 ref and more sales at 1 ref.

People list it for 0.94-1ref. There is no proof of sale to bot for 0.88, all of bot inventories seems clean (at least there is no recent trade).
But i can agree after finding STN offer. They sell it for 0.88 so price range is fine for me.
