Don't you need item sales too? Just seems a bit low considering I was able to sell it for 10 ref few months back.

I don’t have Backpack.tf Premium, so I can’t use the Premium Search feature.
Isn't some rule that says you can only use marketplace sales for non-unusual items to support item sales?

No. Marketplace.tf sales are always valid unless they are too discrepant to the item sales. The same goes for Steam Community Market sales.
