Altough I agree the unusual might be overvalued, but dropping it to 44 seems kinda ridiculous? The 44 key pure was obviously a quicksell
I just bought this hat for an Amaranthine Big Elfin Deal (42) and an Orbiting Planets Puffy Polar Cap (unpriced, but I valued it at around 10) along with 3 keys pure. Dropping the price for a quicksell seems kinda wrong given I just bought the hat for around its full value.

He got a trade hold for 15 days. The offer was 6 days in and then he cancelled because of the price suggestion. Said that he didn't want to lose profit. He also mentioned that if the price suggestion doesn't go through he is up for the trade

I cancelled the trade from its hold because I didn't want to lose over 10 keys because of a price drop. I gave slightly under bp price in mixed and he still accepted because of this suggestion.
