How are buyers below the current price a mini? If I had a buy order for a hat outdated at 70 for 8 keys and it was the highest buy order, would you say it was 8?

Shako is indate at 42 keys. Plus the 5 keys the total raises to 47. Heeskane's b/o was 60 keys. GE Stuntsman should easily top 13.

Was in date during sale. Additionally, quickselling to highest paying not still makes the sale cap at 60.
