And another guy is selling it now on MP.tf for 69,99$ (29 keys) (p.s. i know that is not a proof, but this fact should be taken into consideration)

Ok issues here,

You never took a screenshot of the seller so we have no proof of it, and its gone. Also when taking into account MP sales and sellers you take MP key price at the time of the sale or when the seller is taken. So as Pampick said, if keys were to be 1.97$ at the time then the value would be 35.5 Keys, meaning your low-end comes from nothing.

Re-suggest at 33 flat, closing.
