Considering i sold 14 keys today (got a lot more offers) for 32 ref and sellers/buyers on otpost for 32.33 ill leave this "temporary"range, of course this will need some updates over the time..just need some help. Cheers :)

Half of the proof you give is invalid. Second outpost trade is closed. 1st and 3rd are the same . Scrap is NOT buying atm at all.

can someone explain to me why keys have been constantly going down by a lot and then going up again? is it just a showcase of how strong manipulation of price that site like scrap.tf can do key's price?
If you are going to say a listing is outdated then don't put it as evidence.

I never made any suggestions for items because I didn't have a reason too. I don't actively search for recent sales.
And for the thing you said about my trust, I never go on trade servers or do I normally trade on casual, I almost never have traded high tier unusuals so people who actually care about other's reps, I haven't met.
