Was listed for two (2) weeks. Currently, worth noting there is a quick seller for 125, a Marketplace seller for 399 USD, and a steam community market seller for 530 USD.
Seller for 125 young but you should include it on the range
Quickseller mentions he is selling it at that price for a few days, I expect that he will bump it back up to his previous selling price of 185 soon if he is unsuccessful. If he quicksells it for that price, I will make the required changes. Also keep in mind that since he is advertising it as a quick sale (selling for significantly lower than it’s perceived value) it’ll create a bit of a grey area of whether it’s usable or not, if it sells for 125 pure.
Id key an eye on Dream Queen's Listing, they constantly remake their classified listing to make it look like theyve only been selling it for a few days, when it could very much be a week or longer.
Also, purely by assumption, I suspect once the quickseller is aware of a 185 pure sale, if he isn’t already, he may make changes to his listing.
2 on the market and you are pricing new unusual with 1 sale?
Hugh saw fit to price the Coldfront on one non-pure sale, with unsolds and untraceables as support, at 85. He took it down because his Peacenik’s resuggestion didn’t pass, but otherwise went unchallenged. With a 185 pure sale, and still same examples Hugh made, I believe this is a solid price.

369/~1.97 ~= 187 keys, which is close enough to 185 after rounding by 5s (I know it's pure but the suggestions is up already).
In other words two *pure* sales and the 125 quicksold, this looks appropriate.
