I bought a Flies Hetman's for 12 keys. None on Backpack.tf Classifieds, Outpost, Bazaar, Scrap.tf or Marketplace.tf. I can't find the hat pretty much anywhere being sold.

Yeah. I love this hat. I was very lucky to get it imo. That's interesting as hell to find out.
