Conclusion
Not using sale 1 cuz seems a bit high and i couldnt find any b/o so its more reliable take just the pure sale..anyway it supports the raise

I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really dislike the idea of disregarding 1 of 2 sales, especially when #2 could be the potential outlier not #1. IMO this either needs a 3rd sale or needs a (large) range. I know it is pure, but that doesn't justify ignoring such a big discrepency
besides being an outlier, sale 1 is also old to be used here..thats one more reason to exclude it
