It's also worth noting that the sale for 115 keys could be seen as a quicksell, as it is roughly a 32% discount from old bp.tf price of 170.
Pricing @ 115 keys, will watch seller cautiously.

I'd also like to get confirmation from Luxray or Fishtail that it in fact was.
There are/have been buy orders at 115+ - they're currently hidden because said buyers do not have enough keys at this point, but they're an indication that this will be too low.
In such situations, it is best to leave a hat outdated, which I believe is the case here too.
