hm, maybe my understanding of how sellers tie into setting prices is flawed.
My current understanding is that sellers and B/O only affects the price when there are no sales.

Well they're willing to take 18 pure. If nobody is willing to spend 18 pure in 3 weeks, why would 22 be a fitting price when it cant get 18 keys

Im typically not comfortable using SCM sellers due to the huge impact fees have on those sales. After fees, that seller is below buyers, which to me says enough.
The tricky part here is that the scm seller is the same seller as the OP one. He never bumps on OP as is evident by how long ago it was bumped, and of course he never sells it through outpost if it's not in his backpack. Not only that - his BO is clearly volatile.
It may be an indication that 22 is still too high, so it is probably best to wait for more sales here to either solidify 22 or to support a range is required here.
