57 is considered a qs hence 62 can be considered an outlier
Therefore, proposing a range of 88-90 keys

Not sure if either of these inventory links are the best evidence as both of us did additional trading that day, but it's just meant to prove that the trade is real. Sold within 3 days (can be considered qs). In addition, out of 3 month range so can be considered unusuable.
I thought it could only be seen as a QS if it's for pure not by the amount of time it takes to trade it away, but the price it sold for is likely an outlier and the time of the trade is probably too old.
It's based on time typically. I usually put the threshold at 2 days but given its more than 50 keys, Id back a 3 day threshold and would also call it a quicksell in my opinion
