You mean capping at 50 keys, right? Although I couldn't find a b/o on outpost nor on a cached of the classifieds page.
I couldn't find a b/o on the Napoleon either, are you capping at the unsold on classies? If so then that cannot be done.
Yeah capping, It was listed for sale on classifieds I'm sure. Also there were 2 Purple energy NC's for sale on classifieds for 48 keys (outpost link http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29581845) <---That was the one purchased, so no I didn't base it on the other unsold one.
If the buzz was listed at 50 then the sale will indeed cap at the buyout, meaning 50 is fine.
Wouldn't better to round to 60 instead of 50?
