For future reference:

Dont use sellers to cap your high end. A buyout is only one data point. Only the sale belonging to the buyout should be capped at that value (i.e if a seller at 27 sells for ~30 in items, the sale itself will be capped at 27). Capping a high end with sellers can only be done in very specific cases but for most suggestions you can assume you shouldn't.

In this case the range will be close enough, so no need to resuggest, but keep this in mind for future suggestions
