Seeing that the latest sales of this hat on the market were around $25 and how many buy orders are set at around 8.5 keys while the sell orders (though not many) are about 18 keys, I feel as if 10 - 12 keys would be a reasonable price for this unusual. Steam prices tend to be much higher than the price is really worth, and judging by the unusual tier I'd say it shouldn't be over 16 keys.
