the Steam community market has buyers at $0.89USD https://imgur.com/bQZqWQY & http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Strange%20Cloak%20and%20Dagger, at ref = .05-.06 that means that .89/.055 =16.18 ref, so this is a bit of an outlier, but i think that's because this is Steam money and not exactly pure money.
