How do we know bonzo was the effect

As noted in the comments already, need proof of the effect here. How do you know about this sale? Why can't you put the hat's item link? I can't find any evidence of its existence at all.

i found it on scm while i was browsing and got sold for that amount. i should've taken ss, however, i didn't guessing it'd be listed for sale on bp.tf later on. can you not find the current owner? i'm not sure about the hat's level, either.

No, can find no trace of it. Only one that shows up with Premium has never been traded. Can't just take your word for it here.
