Current seller has been trying to sell it for 44 pure B/O, and then 40 B/O for several weeks.

Well many of your sales are also un-useable, including the taunt one, and the Noble sale since the unusuals are far outdated and current sellers are quite largely below bp.tf current outdated prices. You will need minis on them first, leaving you only the Exe sale and the Pith sale useable. The noble and Taunt sales might even below 30 keys for both of those sales, leaving you with 2 sales around 40-47, and 2 below 30 keys.
Id try to get all 8 valid sales, the one between Jammy and Bob is also useable since Bob is banned for only trading with scammer, not a scammer himself. Try to get minis on the unuseable sales and the other unmentioned sales and get a list of all the numbers to find out which is the median.
Ty for the help, but what are minis? are they re-suggestion on the items such as the noble? also tried finding the trade between Bob and Jammy but jammy, i'm guessing, has cashed out making very hard to find what they've trade, Jammy has traded many unus but cant find anything which he/she got in return, either Paypal or another trading site, and again ty.
Minis are basically sales for the outdated unusuals, recent ones that show the value of the unusual.
ok, an example would be like the haunted ghosts noble is 36 keys and a couple sell for 30 keys, i can start a mini offer on it foe 30 keys?
You need to trace current noble sellers, and see what they recently sold for. Odds are if they are selling them for less than 30 keys, they sold it for around that much or less, but you need proof with a sale first.
