It seems that despite buyer values being around the low end, it still sells below said buy orders, and the orders as they are are utilized repeatedly. As such, it seems that buyers and sellers have approached in such a way, that buyer values have become the common trading point. None have managed to sell since aside from what was mentioned above (from what I could find).
