It doesn't matter what the buyout was at first when the end buyout before the sale was 350.
My buyout was 450 on the hat when I advertised in trade servers. I briefly toyed with the prospect of quick selling it for 350 pure on outpost (for cash out reasons, needing real world money) and didn’t take it down before I sold it. I sold it for what I believed to be 450 in downgrades, exactly what I see in sale #1. Had it been a completely pure sale for 350, I’d say that would warrant calling my buyout at 350, but since I sold it for the downgrade option I advertised, I’d call it 450 here.
Backpack prices are supposed to represent the pure value of items. If you were willing to take 350 pure for it then the sale shouldn't be valued above that, especially considering that the Outpost trade was open for a few days.
Regarding the two other sales that aren't being used here, they will most likely be even lower than 350:

So in summary, 350 might be high for this but it's the only solid sale we can use right now.
