I forget, can we lower unsolds on dupes with low tiers? Or has that rule been changed?

Dupes don't matter <30 Keys. So here Scoot is dropping with a duped which is fine as it's under 30 keys, if it was over 30 keys then it's very unlikely to be accepted

Alright, just confirming because some mods used to not like drops with unsold dupes back in the day, since some people didnt like even low tiers dupes, making them harder to sell.
