Your suggested price is too high. The screenshot above show the bot.tf sales, which have been around ~25-30 ref in the past 30 days or so. Along with the current sellers at ~30 ref, your suggested price at 1.1+ keys is too high.

And please round to decimals. So 1.12 -> 1.1 keys.
