Woah, when did Tomislav KS kits rise so much....I remember them being like 5 keys tops.

This is an assassin grade skin. Pro ks sales can be used. Unusuals are priced based on pro ks sales

Also Strange FN sand canon (Elite) and shell shokcer (Assassin) were priced based on pro ks sales only.

This is nothing like an unusual, it is much cheaper. I did say above that if the pro ks kit cost is small compared to the overall value of the item, like with an unusual weapon, then it is fine to include (not a rule as far as I know, just from what I have observed).

And as far as other skins having been priced with pro ks, those are RL's, worth 100+ keys, if not more.

However this was bought for 15 keys after it cost someone 9-10 keys to make it pro ks, this is a modified item. The last bit here, is the un-modified version of this that is still for sale on SCM for 40% less than this suggestion. It has only been 7 days since I found it (no idea how long it has been listed) but it is pretty clear that 15 keys is not an accurate value of a Strange Sax Waxed Tomislav (Factory New).

According to those scm sales that around 30-33 usd which is pretty much inline with this sale

Evidence has been provided that this sells for less than 15 keys without Pro KS. This cannot be accepted with a Pro KS sale as a result of that. You even commented that SCM had sales at $30-33, which are lower than your suggested price.
