I'd perhaps take a range of 7 - 10 Keys and call 13 an outlier for involving a taunt:taunt sale

Don't really have the histories to track them but 2 Sellers at 9 Keys, 1 at 10 and 1 at 10.7 Keys all suggest 13 is high now

Sales at 9 and above are countered by lower sellers, and quickbuyers are below 6 right now, so 6-8 will work. Resuggest at that.
