I would maybe consider just going with 70 flat here, since the first sale makes no sense. The person paid 60 pure + sweets and sells it 1 day later for 48 pure? Seems like burning pure to me, so I'm not too sure about including it. I'd probably just go with a refresh at 70 keys.
