seeing as though there are no buyers at 9.22 now and the fact that that sale is quite old now, i'd suggest going with 9.44-9.88 here

People selling above are generally unsuccessful or have paint, people buying for lower are unsuccessful too
There generally aren’t tons of recent sales, but the ones that do exist prove this needs a raise.
