Why is there always a dumb range? 136 was from a bot as well.

Why is this range dumb and why does it matter if the first sale was from a bot?

Bot's requicksell high tiers all the time so why wouldn't this be considered a QS? 30% off 195 is 136 which is what the bots price would have been going off.
