    if you go to the stats page on scrap you can see how many keys were sold by the site via keybanking. Im seeing 579 right now with 45 available keys at 27.55/27.66 so clearly people are selling and buying keys at those prices.

            many of them are not actively buying. Bots matter the most since most of em are up 24×7. And those still buy and sell between 27.44 and 27.55
