The duped Burning Flames Gentleman's Ushanka and Shell Shocker Rocket Launcher both have no usable minis. I could take the current price for the Ushanka (was raised with a dupe sale) but the RL has nothing on it and is significant enough in value where I’ll have to exclude that sale.

Took Foamy's advice. 250 seller has been unsold for more than a week. Rounding.

Again, I might be slightly dumb or something, but can someone please explain to me how expecting someone to buy a 12% discounted hat for only full pure of 250 keys, is expected to sell in a week to disprove a outlier. I would understand if you were selling for mixed or unusual offers that someone would buy it quickly, but this is just a outrageous way to disprove a outlier. Am I really the only person who thinks this?

The idea here is that we were indubitably going to get another sale that'd be no higher than 250 keys for suggestion purposes. With another data point at 220, a data point to be at 250 and the other data points we gathered, it means that 250 would become the "missing link" between the data points, indicating 220 would in fact not be an outlier here.

If 250 would in fact sell instantly, that would imply that 250 is low and therefore 220 looks low in comparison, but if it does not, it proves the opposite.

For this, it is important to keep in mind that backpack.tf aims to reflect the common trading point in pure, and the time it takes to sell is only one factor to consider here. As said on the other suggestion, if this was the only data point, I'd have given it more time (to the same result ultimately, since that same seller relisted at 220, the current low end), but it was not. Even lower sales happened, showing that using only the high sales would not cover the common trading point here, hence the larger range was called for.

The seller remained unsuccessful and relisted even lower, further supporting the stance.
