With a matured seller at 28 keys for the modest I doubt that it would end up any higher, possibly lower.
It still needs fixing because, like you said, it might very well end up lower.
Sold mine for a Tesla Coil Rifleman + 12 keys pure pretty quickly.

You need to mini the rifleman before you can draw any such conclusions. It became already apparent that you do not like to make minis.
