To price unusuals, you need actual sales with the item (i.e. you get backpack comparisons and see what is exchanged). I'd advise you check out recently accepted unusual suggestions and see how they are prepared.
I have looked at suggestions from other people, it just that this hat has no sales and I wanted to see it I could possible make a suggestion for it.
No matter how much you want to make a suggestion for a hat, it will have no price until it sells for that price. Even for 1 of 1s, you gotta wait until it gets sold until you price it. Just imagine how hectic unusual trading would be if we priced based solely on what the seller wants. Next thing you know a nuts n bolts sultan is priced at 50 keys just cuz I listed it for that price and I really think the hat deserves that price. Not a good idea lol
