My friend has a unusual version of this hat, (Proof - https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198296516190) I'm suggesting that this price should be set because of the following facts: Cloud nine is a cheap effect, The hat itself is mercenary grade and it's a clean hat, and few exist in the trading scene of Tf2.
