Sales at 19.99, 27, & 30 USD, keys at 1.98, 1.97, 1.97 respectively.
Totals are 10.09, 13.7, 15.22 respectively.
Taking 14 - 15 keys, average of 14.5 keys.
Total is 115 - 14.5 = 100.5 keys.
Considering previous suggestion, calling 75 & 85 outliers, taking 100 flat.

Same ^^ I don't see a reason to exclude them based on what's been said in the OP, but I haven't looked at how long those sales took, the original suggestion, etc. since it's late over here. Will check in the morning.
According to histories, 75 took years/months, 85 took less than a week.
https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5ab8f34ecf6c75032b4d0376 the old sugg also suggests that 85 wasnt a QS due to it being unpriced there shouldnt be a reason why its not used along with the 75
They also mention there being a buy order for close to or more than 75. Since I can't see any right now, mods may have to check if there is one currently hidden.
I would go with a full range here. If 75 took that long, I don't see why it should be treated as an outlier here. Especially since 75 and 85 are far closer to ecah other than 100 is compared to any of those sales.
To complicate this further:
the cowl will be resuggested, so the data point at 100 will change. Normally, that would end up becoming an outlier, but I'd get the issue of this being priced close to buy orders if that'd happen.
At this point I'd wait what happens to the cowl and then either leave it unpriced or give it a giant range
