While the price seems to be increasing, it does not seem to be anywhere worth 1 key.
Most up to date prices I could find were on the Steam Community Market which these were going for half a key* (currently valued at $1.90-$1.95/27.44-27.55 refined metal). A price of 12.66-13 refined metal would correlate to these current selling and buying prices on the Steam Community Market.
As for Marketplace.tf, its prices have been inconsistent and constantly jumping in price by signifigant amounts. Again, the most reliable and consistent source I could find for a more up to date price was on the Steam Community Market.
I acknowledge how the Steam Community Market often times isn’t the most consistent source of evidence relating to prices but compared to the prices of Backpack.tf sellers and Marketplace.tf sellers, it is the most consistent source of evidence. The aforementioned sources are extremely inflated and inconsistent in their prices as compared to the Steam Community Market.

if you're gonna take a pic of the steam market sales graph, take a better/wider pic so you can actually see what item it's for
