Thought about it and would rather have my bp price 10 keys less than nothing

paid 60 the guy had a pure buy out at 50 so 50

You're lucky that you are the only recent sale. However, both falkirk and prancer's pride are outdated in price and should have some minis to prove that they are worth similarly to their bp price before you can cap it (esp. since falkirk almost got a drop in price recently).

There was another sale but it was in irl for cash for around 65 keys, also one of the admins said if I would just relist for 50 it would be good to go.

I mean, if you have evidence that it actually happened (within the previous 3 months), yes it is. If you can't bring up any concrete evidence of it occurring then ignore it.

Yeah the proof is the other coldfront owner saying I bought it from a friend irl for 65 in cash so I think that’s not “concrete”
