A much deserved raise. This is in the top 10 for most themed hat in the game, if not the most themed

My side only shows me getting the keys, and the buyers side shows only 20 keys being removed since the buyer got 5 keys off marketplace, and I took the hat off there just before we did the trade.

I bought it for 16 keys from tf2mart 2 months ago, but that is countered by my own buy order.

smoking pot is a reference not a theme. steaming pot is themed... unless your g/f burns water and your pots smoke :/
