All the current buyers are buying it for 14 keys on backpack.tf. Although, they are quickbuyers, the only other seller of this unusual is currently selling it for 16 keys. I remember seeing one being sold for 15 keys with team colours a few days back.

The current price of 20 keys is very unrealistic, since the only sellers and buyers are far below that range.

This is a very "rare" unusual, meaning not a lot of sales or buys are happening currently.

According to backpack.tf premium search, there are only 12 in existence, most of which haven't been traded for a long time. You can see the results here

Furthermore, the only unusual that is currently being sold was purchased from Slayer657 for 15 keys, as you can see here, so the current owner is just trying to make simple profit.
