We care about outlier sales for suggestions, so if you have evidence that this sale is an outlier please provide it.

What constitutes a sale as an outlier?

The best way to identify outliers is with multiple data points, for example 3 sales at 600 keys and 1 sale at 450 keys.

The time that a sale took alone is not enough, for example it could just be luck.

I'll copy paste from the unusual rules guide:

"What is a quicksell?

-Someone advertising their sale as a quicksell doesn't mean that it is one, sometimes they try to "quicksell" their hats for months without success.

-Time is only one factor used to determine a quicksell. If a hat sells within 1-2 days for its b/o in pure, one should be suspicious. However, it could just be a lucky sale as well.

-More important is how a sale relates to other sales. If a hat sells for less or around quickbuyer prices in pure or unusuals or for less than common trade points, that is likely a quicksell."

Now we are lacking multiple data points, hence why I won't call this sale an outlier straight away.

450 is an outlier if it sold for the scorching muffs which many know I was offered 500 pure and several other pure offers around that.

But anyway, even another mod and price suggestor I talked to said this was easily a QS and pigeon even knows thatt himself (example: The comments u warned above). But I mean if you're moderating this sugg I guess its your call.

Btw this suggestion is still wrong since it ignores the other sale on the scorching muffs. Whether or not the ~450 key sale on the scorching muffs is an outlier or not is still up for debate but just letting you know that this suggestion in particular won't pass with the current evidence alone.

I know you are the better suggestor here but that sale is 2 months old and 3 days from 3 months old, how is it valid? This would take a month to go anywhere even if it was correct?

Sales up to 3 months are perfectly fine to use when there are not many others to go by. And as I said in the other suggestion, even if this suggestion would be left up a month the sale is still valid.
