Conclusion:

Seller supports the drop. Sales at 48, 50, 61 and 74 keys. The 50 key sale was only a few days after the seller obtained the hat, and it was mostly pure, so I'll consider it a quicksale. And since it is a quicksale, I'm inclined to believe that anything under it must be an outlier, so I'll be excluding the 48 key sale from the range. Taking 61-74 keys as the new price.
