I wanna price this hat for 23-24 keys cause I bought it with my unusual phononaut with the voltaic hat protector effect!

i think its a fair price for a 1 of 1 compared to the other effects of the copper hard top

As already noted in the comments, the hat that this sold for has an outdated price, which means a mini-suggestion would need to be provided to demonstrate its current value. Also, there have been other sales, and a range can't be drawn from a single sale.

This will require significantly more research before it can be priced - closing for now.
