You'd think it would go like that, but bp.tf moderators don't follow the rules anymore.
If it remains unsold for 15-16 more days it should.
Correct me if I am wrong, but does the rule not say if the seller is reselling you have to wait for another sale?

If I missed something important here or anywhere else I'd appricate being corrected.
Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
Found these, I would consider this a rare hat as it is elite grade and most likely 1 of 1 forever. Anyway, in the third line of these rules, it says "The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat" and "OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred." That second part of it is where I start to question if the intent was that they have it listed but they haven't sold it or that they don't have it listed and it is not reselling.
Maybe I am just an idiot over analysing things.
The menco requires a fix and this will have to be fixed in conjunction with that
