bought mine in a trade for a stormy storm whoopee cap b/o was 12 so going with that

12 seems like a good low end value with sellers and solds

if anyone has anything to say like opinion or any other suggestion feel free to point it out

18 is definitely going to be too high here with 2 sellers on backpack.tf, 1 on marketplace, and one on community market for lower

2 month unsold at 13 in classies, the high-end here is definitely too high.
