Sale #1 isn't being used to price this hat. I include every sale, including untraceable sales, so it's easier for moderators to review my suggestions. Lots of suggesters do that, and you can tell by when I say "{Excluding}" before i move onto the next sale if I'm using it or not.

Then you are free to report the buyers as sharks with valid evidence that they sharked these particular items, otherwise there's no indication that these sales are sharks.

If you're saying the price is a shark price and it deserves more you have to keep in mind your sale also falls in range of the suggestion which means you're implying you're sale was also a shark sale , so i wouldn't go there and he's excluding the low sales so you have nothing to worry about.
